As long as your withdrawal request hasn't been approved yet, you will be able to cancel it manually. Here's how to do it:
1. Navigate to Your Cashier
You may cancel a withdrawal request from either the deposit or withdraw page.
2. Navigate to the Bottom of the Page
At the bottom of each deposit or withdrawal page you will see a section titled 'Waiting Withdrawals'. This shows you any withdrawals that have not been completed yet. If the status is 'Waiting' you will be able to cancel. If the status is 'Pending', this means it has been approved on our end and can no longer be canceled.
3. Click 'Cancel'
Click the 'Cancel' button next to the transaction you wish to cancel. The withdrawal request will be canceled and the funds will be immediately placed back into your account.
